Enjoy food, music, shopping and crafts at May’s Second Sundays

Andover’s colourful monthly market will be back open on Sunday 14 May with a fresh palette of activities for families to enjoy! 

Taking place on the High Street, Second Sundays will be open from 10am to 3pm with music, craft workshops, delicious street food and stalls from independent businesses.

Foodies can make the most of this month’s produce traders selling a selection of unique flavoured gin, handmade preserves, honey, sweet treats and locally-made wines.

Refreshments on offer will include a selection of ales and cocktails, as well as cups of freshly ground coffee. Street food sellers will be prepping their ovens ready to serve aromatic plant-based Indian street food and American-inspired burgers for a hearty lunch or snack.

In addition to the stalls we’ll have two free creative workshops running throughout the day for all ages to try, including the chance to make brightly coloured ribbon wands and weave natural willow branches into little fish shapes to take home.

The market’s resident DJ will be on site filling the high street with an eclectic mix of soul, reggae and hip hop and Alfresco Andover, Andover’s pop-up seating space, will be back open during the day providing the perfect spot to sit and relax. 

Second Sundays will be open 10am to 3pm on Sunday 14 May, and monthly thereafter on the second Sunday of every month.
